Manager - Civil/Construction Project (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should have rich experience in managing Construction Projects start to finish.
- Civil Infrastructure Projects experience with extensive exposure to multi-cultural environments & varied geographies.
- Deep understanding of the project operations in the Corporate or Construction industry.
- End to End delivery of Technical Construction project for Telecom like Switch Center, Data center & Submarine Cable Landing Station.
- Strategic Planning, Project Management, ROI Accountability, Project Execution, Value Engineering, Site Acquisition, Quality Assurance, Contract Management, Materials Management, Liaison Work, Resource Management, MEP Works, Manpower Planning & General Administration.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, with consummate ease.
- Will be responsible for complete execution and handover within defined timeframe.
- Site Acquisition for Technical Project sites for Network Infrastructures like Switching Center, Submarine Landing Stations
