Manager - Civil Engineering - Mining Division (10-12 yrs)
Position: Manager - Civil Engineering
Candidate must have a BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Mining Division.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Works as per Budget, Planning & scheduling of all types of civil construction activities result in savings.
2) Works as per approved design & drawings by the architect/consultant and construction work and modifications for cost-effectiveness.
3) All types of construction activities within the Mines and outside mines Premises.
4) Responsible for execution of the projects as per technical & commercial matters with contractors.
5) Timely analysis and monitoring of WIP/stage-wise activities and implementing remedial measures to ensure completion of the project as per schedule.
6) Rectification of critical path, re-arranging the activities and implementing the same to remove obstacles in removing the critical path.
7) Works as per audit Compliance related to functional area and preparation of MIS report.
8) Focuses on Safety in the mine premises.
9) Works as per process requirement for the improvement of functional area/systems during joint discussion with other departments as & when required.
Job Location: Sukinda, Odisha
