Job Description :
- Should have good construction and hospitality experience
- We need for our construction project of central distribution system for our retail business building construction at Kinshasa Congo
- Basic design, Project Management, Project execution, Costing, Quality & Quantity control, Monitoring, Site engineering & Construction, Manpower management, Coordination with other dept, Able to manage Multiple sites
- Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and structures and facilities, project infrastructures and process plant
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards
- Managing construction safety on site
- Experience in Civil & Structural construction work with specific experience in R&R Colony and Process Plant construction
