Manager Civil - Main Responsibilities

1)Responsible for operational-level understanding of the requirement of the basic system studies, Site Visits, Site feasibility, Site initial testing procedure and complete execution.

2)Delivering End-to-end execution of solar projects

3)In depth Knowledge in Micro Piling works, Civil construction and Infra works knowledge.

4) Experience in MMS, Module, Structural Installation works

5) Work with the internal Operations team throughout project development and Implementation

6) Good Communication skills and soft skills with EPC and cross functions teams throughout project development and implementation.

7)Preparing work schedule, forecasting in collaboration with the Project Manager.

8)Overseeing Construction and Engineering progress.

9)Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

10)Manage all site claims by contractors, Insurance, etc.

11)Responsible for the application and enforcement on site of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy.

12)Identify and Manage risks and opportunities

13)Enforcement of the Project Quality Control Plan during execution.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Pre-requisites:

- Bachelor's Civil engineering

- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the site management;

- Proven track record of successfully managing civil works ideally in the solar industry, but could also be in the renewable or conventional energy industry;

- Available for local and international travels

- Be good in English (spoken and written)
