Manager (Coil Springs) Required for Large Mfg Organization - Thane !!

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a large and reputed Manufacturing organization based in India. They are looking for a "Production/ Operations Manager" for their Coil Spring Business. to join them ASAP. This is a Full time /permanent position and need to be filled in at the earliest.

To qualify for these positions you should :

- Be a BE/ B.Tech

- Have 10 to 20 years of experience in Production

- Have Experience in Coil Spring manufacturing company

- Have Experience in Planning plant operations, budgets, production schedules along with resource allocation, Quality Management, etc.

- Should have experience in preparing & Implementing contingency plan, Meeting Production & dispatch targets, coordinating with all the departments, etc.

- Should posses good communication, negotiation & leadership skills.

- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate
