1. Certificate of NACE Level II / NDT is compulsory

2. Implement Proacti ve reliability maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Condition monitoring techniques for Plant Reliability and elimination of failures and sudden breakdowns

3. Effectively use tec hniques of Thermography to evaluate the Condition of Equipments / Processes and able to suggest preventive / corrective actions

4. Improve the reliabi lity of the equipment by proper health assessment using various data and tools, thereby improving the quality of the maintenance,

5. Report Preparation & Documentation Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Machinery Inaccuracies Thermography inspection for Electrical equipment for Reliability and support to Electrical team for timely corrective actions

6. Valve Passing Tests for leak detection on the valves through equipments

7. Lube Oil Sample c ollection and analysis in the need of Plant

8. Record all the PM Plans / Scheduled Check lists / deriving Business related reports for Maintenance Function - Must have workin g Knowledge in SAP for Measuring Points Creation for Critical Equipments, Data up loading, analysing the need of the Plants and making the related NDT Plans,

9. Communicate to plant team for PM Slippage & Data for abnormality for necessary correction

10. Provide support through NDT Measurements for improved Plant Reliability

11. Impart training on Reliability Maintenance Topics to team, and also developing and supporting engineers

12. Must have knowledge and skill of In situ Dynamic balancing for rotating equipments

13. Ensure Hardness testing of metallic & rubber components Visual inspection of running equipment components and accurate speed measurement and Noise Level measurement

14. Videoscopy of equipment internals (for internals difficult to be seen by human eye for want of proper access and also inside surf ace inspection of heat exchanger tubes) etc

15. Use of Latest NDT Techniques for Abnormality identification and support to Team

16. Capable to create the Cell with development of Team for NDT Practices and Condition Monitoring System for Plant Improvement

17. Support the Purchasing team for QC related activities for Correct Quality Material incoming from Suppliers

18. Provide Database Support to team in Root Cause Failure analysis of Rotary machines and parts
