Job Brief :

Quality assurance responsibility of our products not only Indian made but also imported products from the same group of company for customers. Main task is the interface of the customer including PPAP procedure and to solve customer claim by the output from our side and discuss with customer. Collaborate with CQA adviser and report to CQA dept. GM.

Job Description :

- Warranty analysis handling

- Process audit,Dock Audit

- Layout Inspection,Sample Inspection,

- PPAP,PFMEA,Control Plan,PFC,QC Story,

- Customer quality root cause analysis WHY WHY analysis. Why - why analysis A3 sheet 7QC TS Technical specification Customer complaints warranty 8

- Assist customer on site to analyze the concerned quality issue and manage sorting/repair/others. Transmit the quality claim or alert to the production site of the concerned product;

- Follow customer objectives and indicators concerning quality claim/alert or warranty;

- Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in the production facility;

- Ensuring NCs closure on time

- Management of warranty data, analysis, and action for every customer.

- Managing scorecards with improving trends and achieving desired goals as per company requirement through gap analysis

- Visiting customers as and when required

- DOL report to the customer within the stipulated time.

- Communicate with customers to have a mutual agreement for the quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.

Job requirements :

- Graduate Science related University or college.

- English or Japanese speaker

- Long experience with customer related job.

- Basic knowledge about Quality control tools

- Well understanding of Quality system, such as TS16949 or VDA 6.3 or Japanese car maker requirement

- Experience to manage much member existing section (app. 3 or more members)

- Latest company stay 3 years or more
