Manager/Deputy Manager - Design - Retail Sector (6-12 yrs)
Educational Qualification : B.Arch
Job Description :
- Ideally worked in a design consultants office and not in Real estate / developers- firm. Must have experience in retail sector.
- Responsible for store designs - develop designs for all upcoming stores.
- Engage with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment/layouts/services will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ's (bill of quantities)
- Should be able to do Budgeting and costing for a project
- Coordinate with inter-departments like marketing, operations, Supply chain for coordination's.
- Visit On going site and conduct site feasibility as per requirement.
- Able to supervise construction if needed.
- If needed should be able to design and prepare complete good for construction drawings for a site.
