Manager/Deputy Manager - Electrical Instrumentation (10-15 yrs)

Job Profile & Responsibility :

Manager / Dy. Manager Electrical & Instrumentation

1. Degree in Electrical and / or Instrumentation with 7 to 10 year experience or Diploma in Electrical and / or Instrumentation with 12 to 15 year experience in maintenance of HT and LT substations and Transformers, small to Middle Range DG sets in Chemical Process Plant of Repute

2. Good working knowledge and software modifications in DCS and / or PLC and SCADA is essential

3. Good working knowledge and software modifications in VFD of small to high range is essential

4. In house Repair and Maintenance of other instruments, e.g. Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Mass flow sensing devices including control valves etc

5. Should able to Lead team of Engineer and Technician to run process smoothly without breakdown of instruments and electrical devices,

6. Must have knowledge of TPM, Predictive / Preventive Maintenance, Safe working

7. Sound knowledge of in house Calibration of various instruments

8. Should be aware of all ISO 9001, 14000 etc requirement and able to update and maintain documentation as per need or revision

9. Well worse with Safe working condition and maintain safety standards and 5S system

10. Should be conversant with Related regulatory requirement and liaison with such authorities

11. Should be able to prepare Modification and / or developmental Project with Cost Benefit analysis, BOM and other details for Management approval

12. Constituently work for cost reduction, System and process Improvement

13. Should able to suggest best procurement as per process requirement by prepare comparative charts for selection and approval of any new electrical or instrument device for its pro and con for Management decision
