Manager Design and Engineering - Aviation/Automobile (10-15 yrs)
a) Qualification : B.E / Diploma
b) Experience : 10-15years
c) Knowledge & Critical Skills Reqd.:
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of all production support operations for Tubes Industry
- Strong knowledge on design of tools, jigs and Fixtures concepts.
- Ability to focus on customer needs and ordering trends and to identify their impact on production capabilities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and knowledge of CNC Bending and special process technology.
- Strong managerial, motivational and analytical skills.
- Experience on budgeting and budgetary control for Manufacturing.
- Good knowledge aerospace standards, AS 9100 and Nadcap Certification.
- Implement corrective / preventive actions in respect of NCs or audit findings
- Evolve and monitor progress of EHS programmes
- Maintain relevant records
- Review the aspect / impact analysis whenever a new activity, production service is added
