Manager - Design Engineering (10-18 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for handling a team of design engineers

- Responsible for the concept design & 3D modelling

- Perform the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).

- Drawing preparation, prototype development, assembly and testing of various assemblies.

- Ensure new/modified design meets the standard requirement and local code requirement

- Developing Component qualification plan

- To carry out testing, analyse results

- Prepare test documents and presentation materials

- Ensure to meet the quality of design as per design requirement

- Understanding and performing failure and risk analysis using tools FMEA, RAMP, RRCA

- Implementing Root Cause Analysis to analyse test result of system, mechanical components and FTBs

Desired Candidate Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical with minimum 10 years of experience

- Should have experience in sheet metal components design.

- Knowledge and experience on 3D modeling tools, Pro/E/Creo (Sheet Metal design) is required

- Experience with the use of modeling tools using FEA, ANSYS tools would be an advantage

- Microsoft Office is essential.

- Good interpersonal and communications skills.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical

PG:M.Tech - Mechanical, Post Graduation Not Required
