Manager - Design & Engineering - Blast Furnace (15-20 yrs)
1. Creating or evolving systems & procedures for executing the D&E activities converging towards stake holders expectations/requirements.
2. Scope finalisation, Engineering schedules, risks identification & mitigation measures and corrective actions wherever required during execution
3. Conceptualisation, Basic & detailed engg (includes procurement engg) matching benchmark practices and specific consumptions or better.
4. Ensure integrated way of engg of plant/facility and take ownership for facility completeness, reliability of system, time and cost aspects as well.
5. Compliance to statutory norms/requirements, Future readiness
