Documentation & Procurement: Handling registration procedures, Renewal of Licenses and plan for effective production of wines, follow up with stores to keep required raw materials like empty Bottles, PP Caps, Labels, CC Boxes & Chemicals etc., Documentation of Export & Import obligations. Preparation of various reports for Management (MIS) Taking insurance for Finished Goods before execution for Domestic and Export consignments, coordination with shipping liners/forwarding agents for customs clearance & documentation. Documentation for Procurement of Spirit for manufacture of fortified wines.

Licenses/Renewals : Arranging of renewals, basic knowledge of advance licenses, EPCG and coordinating with JDGFT, Renewal of Excise licenses, registration of labels and renewals, renewal of labels ALL States. Co ordination with Pollution Control Board.

Tenders : Preparation of Tender documents for supply of wine to Delhi, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan & Goa.

Liaison work : Coordinating with Government bodies/authorities for getting permissions/approvals for smooth operations of Winery from State Excise, KSBCL, Approving and scheduling of Excise Adhesive Labels from the Department of Excise. Arrangement of advance payments of statutory duties, handling departmental audits, like internal audit, state excise, Organizing to get the OFS from KSBCL. Interact with Marketing Team to smooth execution of wines.

Statuary Compliance: Submitting of Monthly returns to Marine & Primary sales reports to the management. coordinating with State Excise & Internal Audits. Sales Tax & Accounts related work.

Logistics : Export purpose Booking of containers, arranging pallets, co ordination with Shipping agents, taking of marine insurances, Arranging logistic for other states & arrangements of payments. Booking of ETA liners.

Ware House Management: Monitoring Warehouse activities i.e., stocking of wines brand wise, verifying & certifying documentation of inputs & output. Physical verification of stocks & analyzing with book stocks. Overall in charge of finished goods storage.
