Manager - Distribution & Planning ( Sr level opportunity)
Location: Chennai
Company - Leading Indian MNC
Experience - 7 to 11 Yrs
Skills :
Relevant experience as a senior team member in Distribution/supply chain management preferably with some years in the manufacturing with multiple plants and multiple selling points /FMCG/ supply chain area.
KRA :
- Demand Planning, Scheduling and co-ordination with Brand Managers, Central Planning and Manufacturing.
- Effective utilization off Forecast Analyst Workbench, and effective flow from Scheduling, Production Simulation to Allocation, Despatch and Delivery Compliances
- Actively participate in the machine wise scheduling meeting
- Work closely with commercial accounts team at HO from PO stage to actual delivery of the material as per agreed timelines
- Work closely with the International Business for the timely execution of Export orders
- Optimization of Size-wise availability in the Machine-wise Scheduling
- End-to-end Planning on all Commercial requirements
- Handle the distribution support for execution of commercial account orders as defined in the SOP.
- Develop Distribution Team to the next level of Excellence
Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have good multi-tasking skills.
