Job Title: Drawings & Design Coordination Manager Project

Educational Qualification:

A degree in Architecture is first priority. Second option would be someone with Civil Engineering Degree but experience in working for design coordination in apartment projects is a must in both cases.

Job Description:

- Coordinating with Promoters of Project & Architect for various drawings required & getting appropriate changes done in those drawings from time to time.

- Maintaining records of all drawings received.

- Coordinating & Following Up with Structural Consultant, MEP Consultant, Landscape Consultant and various other consultants/agencies involved during the designing stage & execution stage of the project.

- Coordinating with PMCs for weekly & monthly activities scheduled with regards to the project.

- Preparing presentation of building materials & design concepts that can be implemented for compound walls, site office, apartment elevation, clubhouse, landscaping & amenities area etc of the project.

Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate/Builders/Channel Partners/Brokers Company is compulsory. We need experienced candidates only

Candidate should have minimum6 y years of experience
