Hands on Experience Lube Products

Qualification:Btech/BE

Location chennai - Ennore Road

Major Areas of Responsibility :

- Production planning & execution

- To preparing daily production reports

- Calculate and monitor yield for batches being produced

- Identification and enhancement of production capacity

- To maintain high standard work environment

- To follow all safety norms laid by the company

- Efficient use of utilities and engineering aspects

- Process improvement

- Monitor and minimise energy cost by energy conservation measures

- To motivate and manage workers on shop-floor for higher productivity

- Linkages

- Within the Organization - Outside the Organization

- Production - Customers

- Purchase - Vendors

- Marketing - Statutory Bodies

- Logistics - BIA / ISI authorities

Skills and Competencies required:

- Education: - Graduation in Engg

- Experience: - About 5- 6 yrs experience in Lube industry

- Age - 30-35 yrs
