Maintaining effective SHE systems & practices through implementing scheduled activities to enhance SHE performance & make continual improvement

To ensure effective operation, maintenance & monitoring of Environment, Health, Fire & Safety management, Security

Organizing safety committee meetings and following up for resolving issues discussed during the meeting

Work place monitoring (External & Internal)

Hazardous area inspection of critical facilities/installations

Conduct daily Tool box meetings, Two minutes talks, near miss reporting and follow-up till closure

Ensure proper maintenance of the Health centre through regular audits and training to the staff.

Co-coordinating for the external audits & statutory audits/Inspections.

Conducting Mock drills & Fire drills to ensure effectiveness of OEP

SHE Induction Training for the new joiners and contract workers before and also during the contract period

Monitoring and managing the work permit system of all contractors

Documentation & MIS related to all SHE legal licenses, consents, authorization, License renewals & clearances form Fire & Pollution control Board, Municipal Corporation etc

Liaison with Local statutory bodies (Fire officer, Factory Inspector, PCB, Municipal Corporation) towards complying the legal provisions & submitting all related reports

Management representative (MR) for EMS and OSHAS certification

Looking for a qualified B.Tech. Mechanical/Electrical + Diploma in Industrial Safety from any Manufacturing/Engineering set up. Position based in Ahmednagar location.
