Manager - Electrical (10-15 yrs)
BE / B.Tech - Electrical Engineering,
Experience - 10-20 years
- Electrical Detailed Engineering for SMC 20K Project and Procurement Assistance for all major Electrical Equipment
- Successful & Testing and Commissioning of the plant Power system
- Completion of Engineering, Procurement and Installation activities as per Schedule
- Completion of the said project without any cost escalation.
- Proper Planning & Co-ordination for project execution.
- Prepare Project Schedule and Procurement planning
- Plan for the Construction Power Distribution of the project
- Manage O&M of 120/11 KV switchyard & Substation
- Ensure the receipt of all Electrical Equipment/ Materials required for timely & successful completion project.
- Installation and Testing of plant equipment and make them ready for a healthy commissioning.
- Must have experience of Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of:
- AIS / GIS (66KV & Above)
- MV Substations (6.6 KV & Above)
- HT Motors (6.6 KV & Above)
- IPCC / IMCC
- Substation Automation through SCADA
- Plant Electrical System integrated with Plant Automation through PLC & DCS
- LT & MV Variable Speed Drives & Soft Starters
- Centralized UPS Systems
- LT & MV Diesel Generators
- Must have Good Knowledge of:
- Power System Protection & Fault Level calculation
- Protection Relay Setting, Testing & Configuration
Must Have following Soft Skills :
- MS Office
- PPT Presentations
- MS Project
- AUTOCAD
- Must have good knowledge of Industrial Safety and different Work Permit Systems
