Purpose :

To ensure completion of Electrical & MEP Design & Estimation requirements in all current & future projects

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of Electrical HT/LT Service Drawings as per relevant industry codes / standards,

2. Preparation of detail Electrical & MEP Services estimate,

3. Preparation of Tender Documents, Technical Specifications, Tender Drawings, etc.

4. Preparation of GFC MEP drawings for construction as & when required.

5. Standardization of all MEP Engineering Services design as per proposed requirements based on various applicable industry standards & National / International code of practices like NBC, IS, IEC, IEEE, NFPA-72, EN-54, FM Global, ASHRAE, ECBC, IGBC, etc. (For Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Plumbing Services)

6. Preparation of Standard thumb rules for equipment / machine sizing related to MEP Engineering Services based on standard approved requirements

7. Analyzing previous database & defining Standard thumb rule estimate basis for MEP services

8. Preparation of Standard Tender Document for MEP Engineering Services

9. Preparation of MEP RFP's in co-ordination with Pre-construction Team time to time

10. Creating Vendor Base / Contractor Base (empanelment) for MEP Services like Transformer, DG, HT/LT Cables, Light Fixtures, Fire Fighting Pumps, Water Pumps, AC Machines, etc. as required

11. Making Rate Contract with Vendors based on proposed standard / typical requirements for MEP services

12. Providing necessary support to execution team & visit site to resolve site issues related to MEP.

13. Verification of MEP Services Work Quality at site

14. Verification & certification of vendor's / contractors RA Bills, Final Measurements & Final Bills

15. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP- s) for MEP Services for smooth & effective implementation of operation & maintenance practices

Desired Candidate's Profile :

1. Candidate should be Electrical Engineering graduate

2. Should have around 8 to 10 years related field experience

3. Should have excellent communication skills with flexibility to travel across PAN India, if need be, will have to be stationed as per the project requirement

4. Should be energetic and should have ability and spark to resolve problems and find solutions

Preferred Additional Skills :

5. Knowledge of working on latest AutoCAD & Revit MEP Design software

6. Knowledge of working on Dilux lighting software

7. Knowledge of on SprinkCalc / Pipenet software
