Job Description : Experience in Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Utility, Reliability, condition monitoring, Project Planning, Installation, Commissioning, Process. Adept in managing business operations involving resource planning, in - process inspection, team building and co - ordination with internal / external departments.

- Hands on Experience Installation Commissioning / Repair / Maintenance of rotary static equipments.

- Comprehensive knowledge of safe working of pharma / Fine chemicals industry.

- Planning Implementation of Preventive Maintenance programme to improve equipment reliability.

- Ability to communicate effectively professionally and work co - operatively in team environment Adopt at troubleshooting and problem solving, condition monitoring, predictive and preventive maintenance.

- Responsible for improving reliability and availability of process equipments. Localisation of spares and reduction of spares cost / Inventory Management Responsible for statutory legal compliance pertaining to Utility maintenance.

- Competency mapping of technicians and identify the training need.

- Carrying of Job hazard analysis tool box talk before carrying out the activity Performing LOTO procedures before working on Equipment. Actively participate in daily maintenance Safety meetings.

- He should have knowledge of working under Hazardous chemicals. Solvents etc chemicals. Solvents etc.
