Manager - Equipment Solution - QSR/Hospitality Industry (7-10 yrs)
- Equipment Validation & Testing.
- Site coordination and store installations.
- Provide quantitative data such as # of restaurants/markets, sales, budgets, etc. Indicate size of Operations for which job is responsible. Indicate domestic/worldwide accountability.
Restaurants/Markets 40 - 70 stores a year.
- Identify new equipment / small ware vendors
- Work with cross functional teams and coordinate NPD equipment roll outs.
- Quarterly vendor reconciliation to ensure regular closing of accounts & timely forecasts to supplier
- Monitor and control procurement project wise for effective NSO time lines
- Logistics for effective and on time NSO+NPD
- Vendor coordination for ensuring adequate stock and spares are available in all markets
The candidate:
Qualification : B. Tech Mechanical / Electrical
Experience 7-10 yrs
- Any other requirement Technical know-how of QSR equipment - fryers/ broilers/ ice machine etc.
- Knowledge of CAD will be an added advantage.
- Open to 10-15 days of domestic travel.
