Manager - Equipment Vendors Operation - Telecom (6-9 yrs)
Job Description:
- To be responsible for the development and to lead governance & performance for Major vendors with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for Global KPI/SLA dashboard, Reporting and operational review meetings with Equipment Vendors
- To drive process improvements to ensure effective collaboration and coordination with Vendors e.g. Invoice Management, Escalation Management etc.
- Leading transversal projects and supporting implementation of new vendors operational or engagement models such as Cisco Global Partner Network.
- Operational coordination (internal and external) on cross-functional areas such as vendors invoice management & control.
- Be CS&O's (Customer Service & Operations)reference for equipment vendor aspects such as contract standards, development direction.
- EVM (Equipment Vendors Management) : operations (e.g. catalogue management), reporting, coordination & steering of global EVM program (currently 4 vendors, objective is to grow activity)
- To identify potential vendors and priorities and check against contract logic and integrate them into the process
- Establish close linking with all equipment vendors via regular governance meetings.
- Link to the regions to understand regional variations and drive a common, optimized support level from vendors
- Responsible for global quality of vendor orders &deliveries (1,000+ SKUs) in 50-100 countries & territories
- Pro-active (governance) : in charge of running weekly (backlog, hot list) & monthly (service) vendor review meetings
Spend optimizing Capex / Opex
- In charge of monetizing SLA breaches and identifying/develop modern ways to streamline current invoice management process
- Transformational (process &IT): in charge of driving vendor engagement improvement & transformation agenda
- KPI reporting and support to different Business Analysts
- Support in collating End Of Sales data and PR validation

Desired Candidate Profile
- A Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 6-7 years experience in Vendor Management and Customer Services, supporting Global teams.

- Implementation of the CVM Strategy with Vendors including SLA and Governance
- Efficiency and consistency of Equipment Vendor Management program across companys vendors & offers portfolio
- Fulfillment of Equipment Vendor Management transformation roadmap plans & objectives
- Pro-active management of risks related to Equipment Vendors (e.g. avoidance of on hold through pro-active monitoring of invoice over-due)
- Bring about an overall improvement in quality of service provided by Equipment Vendors to company
