Position Manager (E-Waste)

Location New Delhi

Job Profile : 

Interacting with the prospective clients for solving their E-Waste compliance issues

- Preparing and sending commercial proposals to the clients

- Responsible for answering to the client's queries regarding their E-Waste EPR

- To keep abreast of the CPCB/SPCB regulations related to E-Waste management

- To interact with the in-house operations team for coordination related to E-waste EPR certificates

- To interact with the E-Waste recyclers for obtaining recycling certificates

- To interact with the E-Waste aggregators for procurement and supply of E-Waste to the recyclers

- To interact with the transporters and collection centers for safe and sound transportation and storage of E-Waste

- To update and report to the top management periodically about the client wise EPR fulfillment and cash realization

Desired Skill & Qualification :

- Masters in Environmental Science, MBA (Environment Management) or Engineering Graduate (Environmental engineers would be given extra weightage)

- Candidate should have good understanding of recycling of E-Waste including batteries

- Candidates with experience in management of EPR (Extended producer Responsibility) for E-Waste would be preferred

- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills

- Candidate should have good proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel softwares

- Candidate should have good presentation skills, which includes good PPT skills, data representation and structuring the thoughts

- Candidate should have good interpersonal skills, which includes listening ability, empathy, and persuasion

- Candidate should have good business development skills, which includes interaction with regulatory authorities, managing the queries of existing clients and developing new clients

Experience : 3-5 Yrs
