Manager/Executive - Project Management (10-15 yrs)

Position : Manager Project
Location : Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementing process and procedures across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
- Managing the program level risks, issues register & Carry out review processes
- Attend weekly review meetings and document all the changes, variations, delays and change management etc
- Responsible to implement the contracts management and monitoring the contractual obligations by the stakeholders
- Responsible to review the project on a daily basis with the respective managers
- Responsible for coordinating with the liasoining agency for various approvals pertaining to land and building
- Responsible for coordinating with the finance and legal team for any project related matters
- Implementing the change control process across all activities of projects and portfolios
- Adhering to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures and any control related responsibility
- Responsible for organizing workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting recommendations
- Responsible to administer the program plan as required
- Responsible for preparing consolidated material from project reports for monthly/weekly review
