Job Title: HSE Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a safety professional with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all employees, contractors, and visitors while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees and contractors.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations

- Manage the company's safety budget and resources.

- Develop and implement emergency response plans.

- Execution of Fire fighter equipment.

- Promote a positive safety culture within the organization.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.

- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging safety trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in a safety management role.

- Preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification.

- Well Experience in the industry.

- Experience with safety management software(preferred).
