We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSSE Manager to join a leading and well established FMCG company in Riyadh, KSA.

- Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward all aspects of Health, Safety Environmental and Security issues on site.

- As a member of the site management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the implementation of the Health and Safety policy via Safe Systems of work, risk assessments, internal audits, training and KPI's.

- You will also support the development of a Health and Safety culture across the site, working with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive HSE culture, helping them understand their role in health and safety management.

- Sets and communicates occupational safety guidelines across ACD operations according Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) including Human Machine Interface (HMI), identifies best practices, enforces standards of ergonomics, and acquires the needed equipment to provide a safe workplace for the division's associates

- The role will require you to work closely with the site teams and management to ensure compliance with legislation and licensees.As this is a hands on role you will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.

- You will have ownership across the site to ensure all functions achieve their deliverable s in a safe and appropriate manner.

- 10+ years of experience within general manufacturing, Engineering or Food or FMCG type environment

- Nebosh & IEMA Qualified/ Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

- A genuine desire to be involved in all aspects of safety which will require considerable influencing skills
