Manager - Homologation - OEM Projects & Patents (8-12 yrs)
Objective of the position :
This position will be responsible for the entire activities for the homologation and regulatory activities for Off highway tires for various countries. Also to support OEM development projects, Manage Patents related activities for off highway products of Yokohama Off highway division
Key responsibilities & skills :
1. Assume ownership of entire homologation & regulatory activities
2. Driving design philosophy with various product vertical leads of OHT division.
3. OE approval process and drawing preparation and control up to product approval.
4. Identify potential patent infringement areas and support Patent documentation and approvals.
Candidate profile :
1. Education : BE/Engineering graduate
2. Hands of experience of 8-12 year in the areas of regulatory / homologation process.
3. OE approval/ document preparation process
4. Sound knowledge of tire certification and regulatory requirements for various regions
5. Tire design /development experience of OHT products.
6. Exposure to patent search and patent document reading.
7. Working experience in Tire testing process /technical will be added advantage
8. Good idea about tire standards and calculations.
9. Very strong team skills, willing to learn and logical thinking
