Education : B.E ( Chemical ), Diploma Industrial safety, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Job Description :
1. Building People, Teams, Processes & Systems
2. Preparation of Annual plans & execution of activities with 100% compliance.
3. Ensuring the legal requirements in the plants with in the norms and reporting to concern authorities.
4. Establishing company level OATs and guide the team to achieve.
5. Development of HSE manuals, Internal Auditors and effective implementation of of HSE systems & processes
6. Ensure 100% compliance on HSE trainings in W & S grade.
7. Collaborate work with plant heads and ensure legal compliance & zero incidents
8. Conducting HSE related celebrations & campaigns and ensuring high level participation
9. On time submission of MIS reports & focus on Continuous Improvement Programs
