Job Description:
Candidate should have a 360 degree control of the respective locations and should play a key role in making the office a profit center by maintaining the ethics of the company culture .
- Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development
- Participating the managerial Committee meetings and provide inputs for increasing productivity, reducing cost and optimizing the resources Contingency management for people, place, services etc.
