Manager - HVAC Design (4-8 yrs)
- Should have experience in Basic & Detail system designing for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), District Cooling Systems, Hot Water Heating Systems, Heater Drain and Vent Systems, Water Distribution Systems, etc. Heat Load calculation, preparation of air flow diagram, P&ID of chilled water system, ducting design and layouts.
- Preparation of datasheet of Air handling units, Chiller plant, Fans, Cooling Towers. Must have worked in HAVC industry. Project Site experience will also be preferred, provided one should have complete knowledge of design part of HVAC systems.
- Developing a Project brief Design Basis Report based on our scope of work. Load Calculation using Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software.
- Developing HVAC service Drawings in AutoCAD
- Preparation of Technical Submittals for the suitable system selected with detailed design
- and calculation with effective cost consideration.
- Raising Tender Queries for the proposal of Tender.
- Tender Technical Evaluation with ratings.
- Prepare Co-Ordination Drawings with other services.
- Getting Approval from the client as per their requirement.
