Manager - Laundry Factory Operations (8-10 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To oversee the daily operations of a large industrial laundry facility in the processing and delivery of customers- garments.
- To manage the development and training of the staff in efficiently producing a high quality product

Primary duties and responsibilities :
- Manager the overall operations of a large industrial laundry facility.
- Manage the areas of receiving, processing and delivery of customers- garments.
- Achieving a high level of productivity, quality and customer satisfaction in relation to the businesses activities.
- Setting, monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality and safety are met
- Assists in assuring the cost effective operation of the plant, while maintaining a safe work environment for the staff.
- Managing, developing and training of the staff to ensure processing of a quality product.
- The ability to forecast expenses and budget and maintain the operations cost centers.
- Responsibility of the company assets to include preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinating cost effective and efficient operations of the plant while ensuring a safe work environment for employees, vendors and visitors.
- Development of annual budget and coordination of needs throughout the budget approval process with Finance Department.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and manage/coordinate installation and operation of new equipment through vendors
- Perform other duties as and when required
