Manager - Logistics (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination: Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities, ensuring material availability for national displays and promotional events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, optimize inventory, and perform regular stock audits.
- Transportation & Delivery: Plan shipments, negotiate with logistics providers, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Customer & Supplier Interaction: Ensure smooth communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for accurate order placement and delivery.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse workforce to achieve performance targets.
- Performance & Reporting: Track and analyze logistics metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Product Quality: Ensure proper packaging and labeling for quality maintenance during transportation.
- Adaptability: Handle changing products and processes in a dynamic environment.
