Manager - Maintenance Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (10-12 yrs)

- As the Manager - Maintenance Heavy Earthmoving Equipment's, you will be responsible for planning and managing preventive and breakdown maintenance of our entire fleet. This role involves interaction with OEMs and suppliers, overseeing equipment availability and upkeep, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in handling a variety of heavy earthmoving equipment such as excavators, dumpers, breakers, loaders, and cranes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to procure spare parts and services as needed.

- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and operators to achieve maintenance targets.

- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the heavy earthmoving equipment industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BTech preferred).

- Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment and maintenance practices.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Proficiency in computer applications related to maintenance management.
