Manager - Maintenance - Manufacturing (10-17 yrs)
Job opportunity as " Manager - Maintenance " for leading manufacturing industry in Lalru location(35 km from Chandigarh).
Preferable : Should have experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
Roles & Responsibility :
Supervises and directs Maintenance activities so that the Internal/External customers expectations are met, machine downtime is minimized through predictive and preventive maintenance, support of manufacturing concepts through process productivity improvements while emphasizing safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures and policies on LCR and zero tolerance policy are followed .
Identifies co-ordinates and manage all Projects and IPPs to result in continuous improvement.
Operated within standards that reflects :
A high standard of ethical and engineering practice in dealings with contractors, vendors and service personnel.
Instrumental in implementation of GPS drive.
Act responsibly towards HSE guidelines of the company.
Maintains awareness and working knowledge of Hose & Connector state of the art technologies and manufacturing methods to maximize the effectiveness of Gates Indias operations.
