MAINTENANCE : Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all plants machineries like Benhil wrapping machine, Sig butter wrapping machine, Ecopack machine,Cartanator machine,chiplet machine, Hassia machine, Tub filling machine,Gerstenberg and schrroder's Perfector machine, Chemtech international's chemicator, Stephan kettle used of cheese and mayonnaise manufacturing, All types of pumps and stirrers.
Maintenance work of all the require utility like refrigeration plant,Boiler,Air compressor,DG set. Cold storages etc. Preventive maintenance of all plant machinaries and utilities.
PROJECT: Installation and commissioning Project work done of twor automatic Margarine plant with all required utilities like boiler, refrigeration plant, air compressor,Cold room
Visited Germany and Ireland for for Packing and cartooning machine, Chiplet machine and perfector machine inspection and trials
LEGAL AND GOVERNMENT : Deal with Government Authority like GPCB, GEB, Weights and Measurements
Purchase work: Engineering mechanical, electrical, electronics spares purchasing work
ISO 14001 and EHS: Also actively work for ISO 14001 and EHS department and comply its requirements.
