Manager - Manufacturing Engineering (6-13 yrs)
Looking for only Full Time BE/BTech in EEE/ECE/Mechanical
- Should have exp in setting up the motor facility preferably Low Voltage Motors
Should have knowledge in
- Modern motor assembly line
- Stator assembly line.
- Layout design and Industrial Engg.
- Critical raw materials used in motor
- Electrical rotating machine construction
- SMED and Time study techniques.

Key Responsibilities
1. Selection of the right machines/jigs/fixtures for each processes
Benchmark each processes with the similar leading industry in the world
Selection of right machinery to meet productivity and quality targets
Design and development of required jigs and fixtures
2. Plan to achieve quality and productivity targets.
To achive productivity and process quality targets
To meet CTQ requirement of each assembly processes
To establish SMED in all production equipments,
3. Design and implement the layout for LV motor facility.
4. Establish cycle time and setup times for all process as per project plan.
