Manager - Mechanical Design Engineer - HVAC Products (7-10 yrs)
- Mechanical Design Engineering technically orientated with 7~10 years of Experience in Design of Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, ACHE- s, ACC- s, Shell and Tube HX etc.
- Knowledge of various international standards / codes viz. ASME, AD- Merkblatt, DIN Standards, DOSH, API, HEI Standards, NACE and IBR Regulations etc. required for design of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, ACHE- s, ACC;s, Shell and Tube HX etc.
- Strong Expertise in Mechanical designing of ACHE- s, ACC- s, Shell and Tube HX pressure vessels for U-stamp / L-Stamp / CE Marking requirements.
- Good Knowledge in designing the Structure's of ACHE, ACC's using Tekla and STAAD pro for analysis.
- Team leader with knowledge for innovative design, troubleshooting skills, Problem Analysis and Resolution to design and Manufacturing.
- Expertise Knowledge of various software's like CAD, PVElite, Nozzle Pro, Ansys (Static Structural Analysis, Dynamic Analysis, CFD).
- Knowledge of design requirements is various industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power, and Chemical etc.
- Skills to develop / design new and various types of heat exchangers (Shell & tube, Fin-tube coolers, ACHE- s, ACC- s, Shell and Tube HX etc.)
- Candidate shall have good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels at Customer and management.
- Shall be capable of taking new challenges and providing innovative solutions to mechanical design.
