Manager - Mechanical Maintenance - Fertilizers Domain (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Apart from Planning, Execution and monitoring all Maintenance activities.
- Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Plant Turnaround planning.
- Failure Analysis and Trouble shooting.
- Working experience and maintenance of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines.
- Maintenance of Rotary, Static and Material Handling equipment and its commissioning.
- Maintenance of multistage centrifugal compressors, High pressure Pumps in Ammonia and Urea service.
- Work in coordination with Production team and other teams to set objectives to achieve 100% Plantreliability and Equipment down time.
- Condition monitoring of Equipments.
- Spare parts management.
- Working knowledge of Codes, Standards viz. ASME, API.
- Working in systems QMS, EMS,OSHAS and PSMS.
- Planning and Budgeting (Capital / Revenue).
- Responsible to provide safety leadership through modeling of safe behaviors and to ensureemployee adherence to Plant safety requirements and expectations.
- Training and Subordinate development.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Fertilizers.
Working Experience in abroad is preferred.
Should be computer savvy in MS Office and SAP PM.
Should have valid passport.
