MEP manager

Required Candidate profile:

Minimum of 7 years experience for Delhi location ( mahipalpur)

Experienced Project management Professional or PM with Rich Experience of Project Management of Varied type of Projects Including Civil structure Construction. Work Experience with Developers, and Architects & Corporate Project Teams.

Worked from contractor side preferably .

Job description:

- Project Management, Coordination of services, Execution, Planning and Commissioning of building Electrical & Mechanical Equipment and systems for Commercial & Residential project. To be well versed in the Coordination, Management of HVAC, Fire Fighting System, Fire alarm work, Internal and External Electrical work, Sub - Station work and Public Address work etc.

- Engineering drawing of various layout like floor layout, piping and routing of electrical cables, Schematic DWGS, SLD, Coordination DWGS, General Arrangement DWG (GA).

- Project Initiation & Coordination, Design Management, Preconstruction & Procurement management, On Site Project management. 

- Coordination between Client, Architect, Consultants & Contractors. Scheduling and Monitoring, Budgeting & Costing, Tracking progress & Reporting, Cash Flow, Quality & Safety assurance, Document Control, Billing, Handing over & Move Management, Defects Rectification, Commercial & Technical Close out. 

 - Commissioning test procedures, schematic diagrams and specifications.

Key industry - CIVIL STRUCTURE - RCC, Foam work, Venting shuttering, Steel, Blick block, foundation, casting .

Interiors - Club houses, atriums, reception foyer, malls, retail, corporate office, office lobby finishing, common areas finishing .

Salary - 50-70 K per month

Site Location - terminal 2 cargo, Delhi airport
