1. Responsible to ensure to adhere to the checklists, formats, method statements, SOP etc. 

2. Responsible to ensure to meet the project works schedule committed to themers 

3. Responsible to provide proper technical knowhow and necessary corrective and preventive actions (as required) for issues arising from existing MEP system at various locations.

4. Responsible to ensure to adhere to the safety and quality norms and standards.

- Conducting periodic tool box talk on safety and quality procedures

5. Responsible to check and timely certification of contractor work done bills and reconciliation of material. Also to ensure timely pt-up for amendment of BOQ quantities, if any, along with proper justification to such amendments.

6. Responsible for Resources planning and deployment for the executing the works as per schedule.

7. Study of the drawings, identification of the issues, if any and timely sort-out of the issues.

8. Guiding the team on technical issues and value engineering. Responsible for proper housekeeping and minimizing the material wastage.

9. Responsible for timely identification of bottlenecks (if any) along with solution, which may hinder the project timely completion.

10.Smooth coordination with internal/interfacing departments and external agencies.

Job Description :

11.Follow up with material suppliers, resources augmentation (if any shortfall) and catch- up plans to meet the committed schedule to the customers.

12.Attending progress review and coordination meetings and corresponding action plan to adhere to the timelines.

13.Preparation of CFR / PR for complete scope of project works along with proper specification and quantities to ensure no variation and NT items in the BOO / order

14 Responsible for timey submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports.

15. Timely completion of the snag works for handover of the completed unit to the customer through CRM

16.Responsible to ensure no reworks. First time right philosophy to be ensured.

17. Timely closure of safety and quality dept. observations and to ensure not to reoccur the same.

18.Responsible for getting as built drawings, operation manuals, test reports, guarantee cards in sufficient hard and soft copies for all MEP works
