Manager - Merchant Helpdesk (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Will be key member of merchant helpdesk and will be responsible for implementation and delivery of all the solution product merchant.
- Should have completed knowledge of doing Payment Gateway & Digital Payments
- Building Payment gateway related products, settlement and recon process.
- Application support for handling system issues / Error Tracking
- Experience of working for Payment Gateway/ bank/ Ecommerce Merchant Aggregator/ Electronic Payment technology vendor.
- Should Know operation, technical support of Payment Gateway at bank/ Ecommerce Merchant Aggregator/ Electronic Payment technology vendor. Required to interact with internal teams, vendors and Bank for issues and other supports
- Experience in system handling & techno functional solution, support process specifically of Payment Gateway applications.
- End user queries resolution, clarifications, support for resolution of production queries on system functionalities. Incident and Problem management from functional perspective for all supported applications
