Job Description :
- Design and manufacture of Press tools for sheet metal components
- Design and manufacture of related welding fixtures and gauges
- Head a team of 3 or 4 Engineers, for the above.
- Use available tool-room machines and outsource related activities for above
- Planning regular customer visits and getting competitor, market information
- Ensure new products development as per agreed timing plan
- Knowledge of Manpower control/Supervise
- Good communication skill
