Manager - New Product Development - R&D - Chocolate Domain - Bakery/Food (8-22 yrs)
We are Looking for Manager NPD Chocolate (R&D) Profile with a Food Company deals in Bakery Products. The position based at Their R&D Centre Bangalore.
- Candidate should have Experience in NPD & R&D of Chocolates.
- Design products and services - Develop New Products
- Understand Marketing Brief and convert into Recipe and Ingredient Specifications for claims for assigned projects for local and export markets.
- Create concept samples and conduct feasibility studies. Check on legal compliance, calculate costs, identify ingredient and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate the sourcing of ingredients and model key; conduct pilot plant trails and then scale up in actual production centre.
- Prepare product and process standards documents and circulate to designated plant and QA, Create the WIP codes, update WIP and FG BOMs In order to ensure timely development and commercialization of innovations
