- B.E./ B.Tech with 14+ years strong experience in New product introductions, BOM function, label designing, MES development for new Product.

- Extensive knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing philosophies and processes.

- Responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, for PVT build of New Project.

- Responsible for identifying potential risks associated with new project introduction and developing new strategies to reduce the risk.

- Responsible for Ensuring the availability of equipment, Jig/Fixture, testing tools, SOP and BOM (Bill of Materials), material development, label plan, PFC (Process Flowchart) etc.

- Keep updates with production of new products from project planning to production.

- Coordinate with suppliers & vendors with the help of Purchase Team for local development.

- Identifying areas of improvements and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure successful collaboration within CFT- S (Cross-functional Teams), such as Product Management, Product Development, Commercial stream, Operations, Quality.

- Develop supporting KPIs for measuring the success of new process implementation

- Define the most efficient processes and tools which support company's business through solid project planning skills and practices

- Maintain communications with Business Development representatives to assure that all new projects are aligned to meet the demand requirements across multiple customers and products while maintaining the most flexible systems possible

- Developing and documenting system & KPIs, educational and training materials and plans, timelines and flawless execution

- Lead as functional expert during troubleshooting and new program implementation

- Develops and coordinates testing and/or implementation of new tools or best practices throughout the company.

- Continually seek new ideas and encourage the implementation of best practices and improved methods.

- Experience in Product and Project management skills, Engineering Change Order / Engineering Change Note / Engineering Change Request procedures (ECO/ECN/ECR)
