We are looking for Manager - Operational Excellence (OE) : pharma manufacturing glass industry,

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing Operational Excellence (Lean-Six Sigma) implementation Strategy

- Identifying and formulating Strategic initiatives for Improvement in the Unit

- Developing Improvement Project funnel & assignment of GB projects to leaders

- Training on Lean-Six Sigma and other Improvement Methodologies for GB project leaders & team members

- Facilitating/Mentoring GB projects in the manufacturing & business process areas

- Guiding small improvement project teams (Kaize, SMED, Poka Yoke, etc) at process level led by the process owners

- Development and standardization of key manufacturing & business processes

- Monitoring, measurement, review and improvement of key performance metrics

- Encouraging team work through project teams for cross functional improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities :

- Assisting the top management in developing short & medium term goals in OE areas including preparing annual OE budget & setting cost reduction/avoidance & revenue enhancement targets

- Assessment of COPQ for the entire supply chain & periodically update project funnels

Assisting the process owners in setting process level targets & in developing monitoring mechanism in order to achieve the targets

- Inculcating process approach among employees through training, awareness, project works, etc

Competences :

- Minimum graduate, preferably in engineering/technology

- Certified BB from an institute of repute

- 3-5 years of experience in Lean-Six Sigma field preferably in manufacturing environment

- Has led more than 3 high-impact BB projects & executed/mentored - 6 GB projects
