The Manager - Customer Solution serves as a technical coordinator between the Leasing and Design & Estimation teams, ensuring seamless communication, accurate technical evaluations, and efficient project execution. The role involves reviewing client requirements, validating design specifications, overseeing cost assessments, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.

3. Essential Accountabilities

Key responsibilities Description

Technical Evaluation and Coordination:

- Understand client requirements communicated by the Leasing team, if need be visit clients- facilities

- Review and interpret technical specifications such as floor type and size.

- Validate design drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software. Stakeholder

Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between the Leasing and Design & Estimation teams.

- Resolve queries raised by Leasing or Design or Estimation teams.

- Communicate updated technical and design information effectively.

Proposal and Costing

Review:

- Evaluate proposals prepared by the Leasing team.

- Review deal budgeting and costing (20-30% of the role).

Manager - Customer Solutions

- Coordinate with Asset Management to determine appropriate rental values.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Maintain accurate and updated collateral related to projects.

- Ensure all design and project specifications adhere to company standards.

- Optimum usage of CRM tools & dashboards
