Manager - Operations (7-8 yrs)
We're also looking for an Operations Manager with excellent data skills and experience running operations for a quick turnaround product company. Needs to be able to track metrics on a regular (daily/weekly) basis and ensure high levels of efficiency in the system.
- Proposed CTC 12L per annum
- Work Experience - 7-8y PQE
Key Roles -
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service To provide the adequate training to the staff and ensure the Staff's are following the process and SOP's explained to them To get in touch with the customer's to provide them the solutions asked by them Good attention to detail To look at day to day operations for the entire branch
