Manager - Operations & Maintenance Coordinator - Construction (7-9 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Co-ordination with consultants for various technical matters and review technical reports for various O&M projects
- Monitoring of progress of various O&M and major maintenance works
- Monitoring and supervision of site issues and to ensure timely compliances IE/Clients inspection/observations reports
- Verification of running bills, material stocks and reconciliation of materials
- Contract correspondence and compliances
- Compilation of technical data for preparation of presentations for management review
- Site visits for physical verifications O&M works and to monitor status of compliances of critical project issues
- To float inquiries to vendors for appointment of consultants, for award of works, procurement of materials and to prepare comparative statement
Qualification :B. E (Civil Engg.) preferably PG in Construction management from NICMAR/CEPT
