Manager - Operations - Process Industry (13-19 yrs)
- Independently handle plant operations
- Design production plan, coordinate for RM & PM availability
- Implementation of Quality systems like ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
- Monitor and reduce plant downtime by implementing manpower planning, spares availability and preventive maintenance
- Review and improve plant performance in terms of productivity, cost and quality
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance
- Managing all communication, Reward and recognition to improve people motivation
- Facilitate committee meetings and monitor the action plan implementation.
