Manager - Powertrain Electricals (10-12 yrs)

Manager - Powertrain Electricals
- Design & Development of powertrain electrical components such as engine and EATS wiring harness, starter motors, alternators, sensors, ECUs, BCM, instrument clusters, telematics, APM, DC DC converters etc.
- SOR preparation, QDCF selection, RTS sign offs, DVP finalization, design release in PLM, IDM and KOLA, circuit schematic development in SABER, wiring routings, packaging of electrical aggregates, installation drawings in CREO and CATIA, E-BOM generation etc.
- DFMEA, DFA, DFAM, DFM, CAE, cost approval and validation sign- off
- Lead cost reduction initiatives -VAVE ideation and implementation, development of modular designs to increase part commonality.
- Address all customer and productionaziation issues; conduct field and validation failure analysis, customer irritant issues resolution with 8D, fishbone diagram and CAPA.
Candidate-
- BE in Electricals/ Electronics from reputed institute, experience in Electrical components designing and developments for Automotive industries.
- Good experience in various software's like CREO and CATIA, E-BOM generation etc.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFAM, DFM, CAE.
